  • Under this plan, you can ask us a specific targeted question about anything you have doubts on or want to understand better

    • Question must be simple and focused

    • Examples: "I have hypertension and I started a new medication called XYZ - can this cause me to have chest pain?". "I have heart disease and now have pain in my foot - could this be related to my heart disease?"

  • Brief overview of medications or allergies if directly related to your question

  • This option is not intended for insight into diagnoses/disease, medication review, or other complex information.

**Our report is only as good as the information provided. Please be sure to provide legible documents/medical notes from your primary care physician or through your online health portal. Under the CARES Act, every patient has the right to all of their medical notes/records instantly through an  online portal. You may request this from your physician's office or hospital.**

Medical specialties we currently do not review: pediatrics, oncology, oculoplastics, and few other rare sub-specialties.
