This is our most comprehensive plan. Includes a thorough wholesome review of your medical & surgical history - up to 5 diagnoses, relevant medical notes, labs, and imaging. Additionally, includes a medication & supplement reconciliation report by a PharmD/MD. Additionally, includes 2 specialty-specific reviews.
